About the role
The Supply Chain Supervisor will oversee procurement, inventory and distribution functions to guarantee seamless operations at our luxury resort. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that all goods and services are sourced, stored and delivered efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily procurement, inventory control and distribution activities.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
- Coordinate with resort departments to anticipate material needs and prevent operational disruptions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, inventory or supply‑chain functions, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong negotiation abilities and proven inventory management expertise.
