Systems Completion Coordinator (TIL)

About the role

The Systems Completion Coordinator (TIL) supports the Systems Completion Manager in delivering system packages and hand‑over documentation for a large oil‑and‑gas project. The role ensures data integrity within the project’s Completions Management System and coordinates completion activities across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data in the selected Completions Management System in line with the Completions Plan.
• Coordinate completion tasks between Completions, Quality, Construction, Commissioning and other project teams.
• Ensure all ITPs, pre‑commissioning and commissioning check sheets are completed, signed off and uploaded.
• Work with the Systems Completion Manager to define system packages and align them with the hand‑over strategy.
• Collaborate with the Systems Completion Administrator to issue progress status reports.
• Update punch‑list and preservation records in the database in partnership with the respective coordinators.
• Plan daily activities based on schedule requirements and interface with subcontractors and vendors.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of engineering drawings related to systemisation and completion activities.
• Familiarity with oil‑and‑gas project environments and completion processes.
