About the role

Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher Assistant for toddlers to join its warm, dynamic early‑learning team. You will help create a nurturing, home‑like environment where the youngest learners can thrive and families feel supported.

Key responsibilities

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering a research‑based curriculum for toddlers.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to plan and implement age‑appropriate activities that promote curiosity and development.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment by monitoring children’s interests and needs.
• Model and encourage social behaviors, and help plan balanced daily schedules with both quiet and active periods.

Required profile

• Meets all state preschool teacher‑assistant requirements.
• Flexible and able to work during business hours.
• Prior experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
• Genuine passion for infant and toddler growth.
