Team Leader – Business Development (Stock Broking)

About the role

Jainam Broking Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Business Manager to lead its Aura division. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, acquiring high‑net‑worth clients, and expanding the firm’s presence in the stock market and broking sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and deepen relationships with existing clients in the stock market segment.
• Lead, coach, and monitor a team of Business Development Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Design and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and institutional investors.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
• Promote cross‑selling of equities, derivatives, mutual funds, PMS and other financial products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Coordinate with research, operations and compliance teams for seamless client service.

Required profile

• 6‑12+ years of experience in stock broking, capital markets or wealth management.
• Proven record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Experience managing teams and handling key client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of equity and derivatives markets.
• Knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds and portfolio management services.
• Familiarity with NISM certifications (Equity Derivatives, Research Analyst, Mutual Fund) – preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in Finance or related field – preferred.
