Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to head our shift‑based packaging team. You will be responsible for executing the production plan while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, people development, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and comply with all safety, health and environmental legislation.
• Manage the shift using VPO tools and principles to achieve production targets within cost limits.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and autonomous operations.
• Monitor production processes, interpret the production plan and ensure budget adherence.
• Build and foster relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Facilitate effective team dynamics, performance management and OPR processes.
• Administer employment conditions, manage budgets and monthly financial short‑interval control.
• Develop employees, ensure healthy industrial relations and apply people policies.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive & Power or Electrical engineering.
• Completion of an AB InBev Packaging Traineeship.
• Proven track record in managing high‑speed packaging lines and delivering disciplined performance.
• Strong problem‑solving passion and work ethic.

Required skills

• Experience with high‑speed packaging line operations.
• Familiarity with VPO tools and principles.
