Technical Project Manager

About the role

Prodactive is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑organization projects within the healthcare technology space. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating teams, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between clients, designers, and developers to ensure technical feasibility.
• Manage compliance with client guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Observe, document, and report on development processes and issues.
• Execute and adjust work plans to meet changing requirements.
• Track progress, measure performance, and report to management.
• Perform risk management and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical project management within a high‑tech or technological company.
• Experience managing projects in the medical or healthcare sector.
• Strong ability to coordinate internal and external resources.
