TikTok Operations Supervisor

About the role

The TikTok Operations Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day management of our TikTok presence, ensuring consistent content creation, account growth, and compliance with local platform rules. This is a full‑time, long‑term position based in Kamwokya, Uganda, reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Register, set up, and maintain TikTok accounts for the company.
• Develop and execute content calendars, including video production and live‑stream scheduling.
• Monitor platform policies in Uganda and ensure all activities comply with them.
• Lead, coach, and supervise a small team responsible for content creation and community engagement.
• Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with other marketing and operations functions to align TikTok activities with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant experience (senior level).
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Long‑term stable availability and self‑motivation.
• Fluent in English (oral, reading, writing); knowledge of Chinese or Luganda is a plus.

Required skills

• TikTok account management and platform navigation.
• Video editing and live‑stream production.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Basic computer operation and WhatsApp usage.
