Two-Year-Old Lead Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Two-Year-Old Lead Teacher to join our dedicated early‑childhood team. Reporting to the School Director, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for toddlers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum aligned with Cadence educational philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Maintain a warm, inclusive classroom where each child feels respected and cared for.
• Communicate daily with families, providing updates and fostering strong partnerships.
• Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral support plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety standards, and Cadence policies.
• Document accidents, incidents, and behavior reports accurately.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Ability to support physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs of toddlers.
• Commitment to open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.
