About the role
The Utility Cleaner/Steward supports essential hotel operations across multiple departments, including kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry. You will ensure clean linens, spotless dishware, and well‑maintained equipment to deliver the high standards expected by guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and transport clean linen and dining ware throughout the hotel.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, hand‑wash stations, and laundry machines.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
Required profile
- No high school diploma or GED required; no prior experience needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform overhead and low‑reach tasks.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and professional appearance.
