About the role

Pro Bono Uganda is looking for a creative, purpose‑driven Social Media & Content Strategist to amplify the stories behind its impact. This volunteer position is ideal for someone passionate about using digital platforms to support community development, youth leadership, and social change.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging posts, including graphics, videos, and captions.
• Write compelling stories that highlight community impact and volunteer contributions.
• Provide digital coverage for events and campaigns.
• Engage with followers, partners, and volunteers online.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare simple monthly insights.
• Support campaign launches, fundraising initiatives, and partnership visibility.

Required profile

• Background or strong interest in communications, media, marketing, journalism, or digital content.
• Experience managing social media accounts, either personal or for an organization.
