VP – Channels Integration Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive the delivery of channel integration projects for our corporate banking technology team across the APAC region. The VP – Channels Integration Delivery Lead will combine deep technical expertise with strategic project management to ensure successful implementation of integration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders across APAC to define goals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day progress, prioritization and problem‑solving with integration teams.
• Document business requirements and user stories from stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment meetings such as stand‑ups, POC showcases, steering committees and working groups.
• Create detailed project plans and ensure delivery against them.
• Oversee and control project activities, managing risks and mitigation.
• Build, track and report on project budgets and forecasts.
• Manage external vendors and platform providers.

Required profile

• Degree in an IT‑related discipline.
• 12‑18 years of experience in channels integration engineering and delivery.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale integration projects in a corporate banking or financial services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones in the APAC region.
