Client Service Executive

About the role

Buzz Activate Uganda, part of Buzz Group Africa, is seeking an energetic Client Service Executive to act as the bridge between the agency and its top‑brand clients. Reporting to the Head of Client Service, you will ensure experiential marketing campaigns are delivered on brief, on budget, and on schedule while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary daily contact for assigned clients, providing status updates and gathering feedback.
• Coordinate campaign execution across creative, production, digital, and logistics teams.
• Track project budgets, monitor costs, and assist in managing third‑party vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare post‑campaign reports, case studies, and client recaps.
• Maintain up‑to‑date timelines, briefs, status reports, and action plans.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a high‑energy environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Passionate about BTL and experiential marketing and eager to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative culture.
