Customer Service Assistant (Remote, Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to join our remote support team. You will handle inbound calls, live‑chat and email enquiries for UK or US client accounts, delivering professional and efficient service from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to enquiries via live chat and email.
• Provide accurate information and assist with general queries.
• Resolve issues when possible and escalate complex cases.
• Record interactions accurately in company systems.
• Follow company procedures and client‑specific guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Meet attendance, quality and service standards.
• Participate in online training, coaching and team meetings.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Reliable, stable home internet connection.
• Quiet, suitable work‑from‑home environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work UK or US operating hours as required.
• Previous call‑centre experience is an advantage but not essential.
