Digital Power Solution Manager

About the role

Huawei Uganda is seeking a Digital Power Solution Manager to lead technical communication and solution design for its digital energy portfolio. The role bridges sales, R&D and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and market introduction of new power solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison with internal stakeholders and external customers, clarifying requirements and presenting solutions.
• Design solutions, configure products, and provide technical clarification to support project development and delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including sales, delivery, and R&D—to drive smooth process execution and timely issue resolution.
• Lead go‑to‑market activities for new products, supporting market launch and key project enablement.
• Continuously enhance solution competitiveness by monitoring market trends and customer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with digital energy‑related products or solutions.
• Good understanding of energy storage, photovoltaic (PV), power supply, and data‑center energy domains.
• Familiarity with pre‑sales solution design, product selection and technical support processes.
• Knowledge of go‑to‑market procedures and basic project support activities.
• Ability to analyse market requirements and perform competitive analysis.
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
