Head of Fraud, Forensic & Physical Security

About the role

The Head of Fraud, Forensic & Physical Security leads the bank’s strategy to prevent, detect and investigate fraud, misconduct and security incidents. This senior position is responsible for embedding group frameworks, policies and standards across the country operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering fraud risk, forensic investigations and physical security outcomes.
• Translate approved strategies into operating plans, budgets and performance metrics.
• Oversee investigations, incident reporting, loss trends analysis and risk‑based decision making.
• Provide technical direction on fraud typologies, forensic methods and physical security threats.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, regulators and service providers.
• Present concise updates to management, audit, risk and governance forums.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in fraud management, forensic investigations or physical security within a financial institution.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills with a focus on risk mitigation.
