About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our insurance agency in Kampala. The role focuses on driving new business through consultative selling and effective marketing techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads using targeted marketing strategies.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- At least one month of relevant sales or marketing experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and business planning abilities.
