Integrated Operations Planner

About the role

The Integrated Operations Planner will support the Tilenga oilfield drilling program in Uganda, coordinating schedules, ensuring strict HSSE compliance, and driving continuous optimisation of the work programme across multiple contractors and drilling rigs.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and validate the work programme based on scope from all entities.
• Identify optimisation opportunities, detect constraints, and update the planning tool (Primavera) regularly.
• Gather and verify all schedules related to FOPS activities, ensuring accurate input into Primavera.
• Organise and lead 5WLA and 4MLA planning meetings, incorporating POB constraints.
• Assist the Integrated Planning leader in preparing documents for 24‑month and long‑term planning reviews.
• Monitor execution progress, alert management to deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Promote the use of Job ID Cards for task preparation and capture feedback from entities and job leaders.
• Adopt exemplary HSSE behaviour, report anomalies, and ensure company safety rules are applied on site.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience, preferably in drilling or large‑scale production projects.
• Strong understanding of HSSE policies and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and managing complex schedules.
