Lead Preschool Teacher

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to create a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued. You will guide a team of educators, deliver a research‑based curriculum, and partner closely with families to support each child’s development.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment that respects each child’s dignity.
• Build positive relationships with children and families through daily greetings and ongoing communication.
• Identify and respond to diverse developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including implementing IEPs and behavior support plans.
• Plan, deliver, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence’s educational philosophy.
• Utilize Cadence’s required systems and communication tools to keep families and staff informed.
• Maintain a safe, well‑supervised classroom and follow the Cadence Safety and Supervision Manual.
• Accurately document accidents, incidents, and escalated behaviors according to company policy.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a classroom and support a team of educators.
• Knowledge of IEP implementation and behavioral support strategies.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.
