Multimedia Content & Video Editor (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail‑oriented Multimedia Content & Video Editor to produce engaging visual narratives across digital platforms. You will transform raw footage into scroll‑stopping content, including short‑form vertical videos, promotional ads, and long‑form multimedia assets. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end post‑production process while collaborating closely with our marketing and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished, compelling stories, covering both short‑form cuts and long‑form brand content.
• Create and integrate animated text, lower‑thirds, visual effects, and branded overlays to boost audience engagement.
• Perform audio mixing, track selection, and consistent color grading in line with brand guidelines.
• Optimize video deliverables for specific channel requirements, aspect ratios, and platform algorithms.
• Brainstorm creative hooks, transitions, and pacing strategies based on the latest social‑media and advertising trends.
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, including b‑roll, audio tracks, and project files for team access.
• Participate in pre‑production meetings, incorporate feedback, and iterate on drafts to meet schedule.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional video editing and multimedia content creation experience.
• Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing social‑media content (TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts), marketing ads, and dynamic storytelling.
• Expert knowledge of industry‑standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Demonstrated ability to create clean motion graphics and dynamic typography.
• Reliable high‑speed remote workspace equipped to handle large video files and rendering.
• Excellent verbal communication, proactive attitude, and strong time‑management to meet recurring deadlines.
• Deep understanding of audience retention, engagement, and viral reach on modern social platforms.
