Operations Analyst – Manufacturing Excellence

About the role
The Operations Analyst will support Manufacturing Excellence initiatives across Uganda Breweries’ supply chain. You will organise, align and lead process‑improvement activities, leveraging MMS tools and EISC methodologies to drive sustainable performance.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the MMS platform is optimised to support and assess change processes.
- Promote understanding of Manufacturing Excellence across Supply and engage teams in MMS activities.
- Monitor and report performance and practice progress within Supply.
- Provide expert analysis in Daily Operational Review meetings to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement global standards across Supply where applicable.
- Support loss and waste assessment and problem‑solving activities.
Required profile
- Graduate in a supply‑chain related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in an FMCG environment in a similar role.
- Ability to work autonomously and engage cross‑functionally.
Required skills
- SAP

- Advanced Excel
- Lean manufacturing principles
- Six Sigma (OPEX) tools
