About the role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our retail store and e‑commerce activities in Kampala. The role ensures smooth daily operations, efficient inventory flow and high‑quality service delivery across both physical and online channels.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and online sales processes.
- Plan and manage inventory, order fulfillment and stock movement.
- Supervise operational staff, monitor performance and ensure service standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, retail or e‑commerce.
- Proven experience in inventory management and store operations.
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
