Toddler Assistant Webster Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler Classroom Assistant to join our joyful, warm and connected teaching team for the 2026‑27 school year. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting. A CDA, early childhood degree, and Montessori experience are preferred. We are seeking an adult who is passionate about child‑centered education, adaptable, innovative, and collaborative. This is a half‑day position that involves ensuring a supportive, enriching, and inclusive Montessori classroom environment.
