About the role
The Program and Partnership Manager will lead the design, planning and implementation of in‑country programmes in Uganda, with a strong emphasis on building and managing partnerships and ensuring donor compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee programme strategies, work plans and budgets.
- Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities comply with donor requirements and reporting standards.
- Monitor programme progress, evaluate outcomes and prepare regular reports for donors and senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align programme activities with organisational objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in designing, planning and implementing development programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage partnerships.
- Strong understanding of donor compliance and reporting processes.
