About the role

The Program and Partnership Manager will lead the design, planning and implementation of in‑country programmes in Uganda, with a strong emphasis on building and managing partnerships and ensuring donor compliance.

Key responsibilities

Develop and oversee programme strategies, work plans and budgets.
Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
Ensure all activities comply with donor requirements and reporting standards.
Monitor programme progress, evaluate outcomes and prepare regular reports for donors and senior management.
Coordinate with internal teams to align programme activities with organisational objectives.

Required profile

Proven experience in designing, planning and implementing development programmes.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage partnerships.
Strong understanding of donor compliance and reporting processes.
