Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales activities across the assigned region, driving revenue growth, managing dealer networks, and ensuring brand compliance. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to meet and exceed performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans, set quotas and establish sales processes to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, understand their needs and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure dealers adhere to corporate standards for product stocking, pricing and branding.
• Supervise, train, coach and motivate dealer sales staff to drive field execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies while aligning marketing initiatives.
• Track regional sales performance, analyse data and submit reports to management for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and other internal departments to align regional sales efforts with company‑wide goals.

Required profile

• University degree; a professional qualification in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience managing dealer/distributor networks, preferably in FMCG or Telecom.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong sales reporting capabilities.
• Proven leadership abilities, including coaching, training and motivating teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer‑centric relationship management skills.
