About the role

The insurance agency is seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative who will employ consultative sales methods and targeted marketing strategies to generate new business. Reporting to the sales manager, the role focuses on identifying prospects, negotiating terms and closing insurance sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential insurance clients using consultative approaches.
• Develop and apply marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
• Negotiate and close insurance policies in line with company guidelines.
• Assist in business planning activities as directed by the sales manager.
