About the role
The company is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its sales function within the manufacturing and warehousing sector in Kampala. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high‑performing team, and ensuring strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales plans and targets.
- Lead team building and personnel management activities.
- Drive market development and maintain customer relationships.
- Oversee sales refunds and cost control measures.
- Manage market information, conduct data analysis, and provide insights.
- Collaborate across departments and support after‑sales service.
- Ensure compliance and manage risk control.
Required profile
- Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months of sales management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
- Strong understanding of market development and customer relationship management.
