About the role
Under the direction of the school principal, the Secondary English Teacher will deliver a high-quality educational program for Sierra Vista K-8, utilizing effective instructional and motivational techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a sound educational program using effective instructional and motivational techniques.
- Maintain a safe, caring, student-centered environment that promotes high academic and ethical standards.
- Perform other duties directly related to the position as required.
Required profile
- California teaching credential authorizing the grade level and English subject.
- English Learner authorization (if not embedded in the credential).
- Preference given to current Vacaville Unified School District teachers.
