Tech Sales Executive (Remote – Uganda)

About the role

BagginsHQ is expanding its sales team and seeks a Tech Sales Executive to work remotely from Uganda. You will identify, develop and convert business opportunities into verified revenue, using both self‑generated prospects and company‑provided leads.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential customers through calls, email, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, social platforms and other approved channels.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline and qualify customer needs.
• Present BagginsHQ technology solutions, prepare proposals, quotations and follow up on invoices.
• Manage both self‑generated opportunities and company‑provided leads from the Staff Portal.
• Support customer retention, renewals, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other departments for technical or commercial support.
• Achieve individual verified revenue and Monthly Recurring Revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong ability to prospect and generate new business independently.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and customer‑engagement skills.
• Confidence engaging business owners, executives and decision‑makers.
• Proven follow‑up, negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Professionalism, reliability, responsiveness and accountability in a remote environment.
• Ability to work independently and within an established sales team.
• Reliable computer or laptop, high‑speed internet and a suitable remote workspace.
