UI/UX Designer

About the role

Tricsoft Technologies Ltd is seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to turn business requirements and user problems into modern, intuitive digital products. The role goes beyond visual design, requiring market research, user analysis, and the delivery of production‑ready assets that developers can implement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user, market, and competitor research and produce professional reports.
• Identify user needs, develop personas, customer journeys, and user flows.
• Translate business requirements into effective product experiences, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design responsive web, mobile, and SaaS interfaces using Figma and maintain reusable design systems.
• Create interactive prototypes for testing, stakeholder presentations, and developer handoff.
• Perform usability testing, incorporate feedback, and ensure final products match approved designs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience designing both web and mobile applications with responsive design.
• Ability to conduct user and market research, competitor analysis, and translate findings into design solutions.
• Excellent visual design skills and knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to work with software development teams and deliver developer‑ready specifications.
