Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Agriculture Equipment (Arua)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote agricultural equipment and machinery across Arua and surrounding regions. You will engage directly with farmers, dealers, and industrial customers, showcasing innovative tools that improve productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Visit farms, industries, and dealers to present product offerings.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and explain benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence.
• Record daily activities in Odoo CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and local fairs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer service.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• 1‑3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in agriculture or generator sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across cities and villages in Uganda.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo CRM.
