Home Loans Manager

About the role

The Home Loans Manager will lead the bank’s mortgage business, driving growth, profitability and client satisfaction while ensuring regulatory compliance and product competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the mortgage business strategy aligned with retail banking goals.
• Achieve annual mortgage disbursement and revenue targets through innovation and focused execution.
• Design, refine and launch mortgage products for diverse customer segments.
• Monitor loan‑book performance, KPIs, NPL ratios and customer acquisition metrics.
• Drive sales across branches, digital channels and strategic partnerships, setting performance targets for teams.
• Ensure all products and processes comply with regulatory and internal risk frameworks.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk and Compliance teams to maintain portfolio integrity.
• Oversee credit assessment standards and due‑diligence procedures.
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, agents, valuers, legal and insurance partners.

Required profile

• First degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; Master’s in Business/Commerce preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in home loans, specialist lending and managing sales teams.
• Proven ability to develop senior‑level external relationships.
