About the role
The Inventory & Procurement Professional is responsible for planning and purchasing parts and materials for designated warehouses or branches. This role balances inventory levels with demand, places purchase orders, and ensures stock accuracy and health across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Plan stock levels and replenishment for assigned locations using demand history and seasonality.
- Raise and follow up purchase orders with OEMs and approved suppliers in SAP.
- Coordinate with suppliers on prices, lead times and back‑orders.
- Run cycle counts and investigate stock variances together with warehouse teams.
- Report on stock availability, value and slow‑moving items.
- Adhere to MAG procurement and inventory policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering or Supply Chain.
- 3–5 years of inventory or procurement experience, preferably in automotive parts.

- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – SAP.
- Data Analysis and spreadsheet expertise.
