Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of Rizona Gardens & Restaurant in Seeta, overseeing restaurant service, catering, venue hire and recreational offerings. The role combines operational oversight with a strong focus on sales, marketing and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the garden, restaurant, and catering services.
• Drive sales, marketing initiatives and business development to increase bookings and revenue.
• Expand outside‑catering services and secure venue bookings for weddings, parties and corporate events.
• Oversee recreational services and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Lead and develop staff, maintaining service standards and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Monitor operational costs, stock levels and overall performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality operations, sales, marketing and team management.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Residency in Seeta or nearby areas is preferred.
