About the role
Liberty Uganda is seeking motivated Sales Agents to work remotely on a full‑time basis. In this role you will connect with prospective clients, explain the company’s insurance solutions and guide them through the quotation and enrollment process.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through phone or virtual consultations.
- Present Liberty Uganda’s range of insurance products, including funeral, life, education, accidental disability, critical illness and health coverage.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on leads to close sales.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with policyholders, providing support and answering inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in regular product and sales training.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a talent for explaining complex information clearly.
- Customer‑service mindset, empathy and problem‑solving orientation.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to thrive in a remote, performance‑driven environment.
- Minimum education equivalent to Form Six; additional studies in business or marketing are a plus.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Basic digital literacy, including use of email and online meeting platforms.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or sales‑tracking systems.
