Sales Director – EMEA (Switzerland focus)

About the role
We are looking for a Sales Director to support and grow our EMEA business, focusing on Swiss clients. The role combines supporting senior sales leaders with building a personal pipeline of new accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior Sales Directors in expanding territory revenue and market share across Switzerland.
- Create and maintain territory and account plans, and set up meetings with target accounts.
- Develop relationships with internal and external customers, delivering professional service.
- Prospect, network, and build a personal portfolio of accounts.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, draft Statements of Work, and manage invoicing.
- Participate in onboarding, continuous training, and knowledge sharing within the sales team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or SaaS environments.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive learner who embraces continuous development.
Required skills
- Sales prospecting and pipeline management.
- Quote preparation and contract negotiation.
- Statement of Work (SOW) creation.
- Invoice management.
