Systems Completion Coordinator – EPC Projects

About the role

The Systems Completion Coordinator supports the Systems Completion Manager in delivering system packages and hand‑over documentation for large oil & gas EPC projects. The role ensures data integrity within the project’s Completions Management System and collaborates closely with client, construction, commissioning and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity in the selected Completions Management System.
• Coordinate completion activities across Completions, Quality, Construction, Commissioning and Company personnel.
• Ensure ITPs, pre‑commissioning and commissioning check sheets are completed and signed off.
• Work with the Systems Completion Manager to define system packages according to hand‑over strategy.
• Provide progress status reports and keep punch‑list and preservation records up‑to‑date.
• Plan daily activities based on schedule, procedures and work fronts.
• Interface with SMP, E&I and Buildings subcontractors for completion tasks.
• Review interfaces with vendors and third‑party contractors.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent diploma (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience on EPC projects in a completions specialist/coordinator/administrator role.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably with a completions focus.
• Familiarity with the Completions Plan and key engineering drawings.

Required skills

• ICAPS software (or similar completions management system).
• OPERCOM.
• Interpretation of engineering drawings.
• E&I system knowledge.
• Use of SMP interfaces.
