Transactional Products Officer

About the role

The Transactional Products Officer will support the growth of the bank's liabilities portfolio by analysing product performance, designing new offerings and managing existing transactional and liability products. The role ensures accurate revenue collection, monitors concessions and provides actionable insights to product and segment heads.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse product performance and design enhancements for PBB Transactional and Liabilities products.
• Monitor fee lines, pricing accuracy and revenue collection across all products.
• Review concession books to confirm eligibility, profitability and prevent revenue leakage.
• Produce transactional liability reports and recommend actions to product heads.
• Develop product proposals based on customer feedback and present them to the product committee.
• Participate in Business Development Committee meetings to identify cross‑sell opportunities and advise relationship managers.

Required profile

• First degree in Business, Commerce or a related field from a recognised institution.
• 3‑4 years of experience in Consumer Banking with strong financial modelling capability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial, reputational and regulatory risk.
• Strong analytical skills and independent decision‑making.
