Accounting and Finance Trainee

About the role

TechBuzz Hub is seeking a motivated Accounting and Finance Trainee to join its Graduate Professionals Apprenticeship Program (GPAP). This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience in accounting and finance while supporting the Hub’s innovative startup ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and operate accounting software for day‑to‑day transactions.
• Enter financial data accurately and assist in preparing financial statements.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting, budgeting and investment analysis tasks.
• Apply analytical techniques to assess financial data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with senior finance staff on risk and financial management activities.
• Participate in occasional field work related to finance projects.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
