About the role

Build a predictable pipeline of qualified landlords and convert them into long‑term Astute Property Management clients. The role goes beyond making calls or sending messages; you will create new property‑management business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified landlord prospects across digital, telephone, referral and offline channels, recording every opportunity and following up actively.
• Identify landlords with a genuine need for professional property management and turn initial contacts into qualified sales opportunities.
• Work with management to move qualified prospects through presentations, proposals, negotiations and secure signed property‑management agreements.
• Establish and continuously improve a repeatable prospecting, follow‑up and referral generation process that can scale.
• Contribute directly to growth in the number of properties and units under Astute’s management, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain disciplined follow‑through, ensuring each active prospect has a clear next action, follow‑up date and status.

Required profile

• Commercial drive with a focus on turning activity into revenue.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with landlords, tenants and partners.
• Persistence and resourcefulness in generating opportunities through LinkedIn, social media, phone, referrals and networking.
• Proactive attitude, taking initiative and regularly proposing new client‑acquisition ideas.
• Organised, keeping accurate prospect records and following a disciplined sales process.
• Learning agility to quickly understand Astute’s services, the property‑management market and landlord challenges.
• Integrity and professionalism in representing the company and building trust.
• Fit with a fast‑growing company: ownership mindset, comfort with targets, resilience to rejection and desire to grow with the business.
