Business Manager & Business Development Executive

About the role

KABRA PLASTICS LIMITED is seeking a Business Manager & Business Development Executive to drive growth and oversee daily operations within its manufacturing business. The role combines strategic market expansion with hands‑on management of business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
• Research potential customers, markets and commercial opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and commercial offers, negotiating terms while protecting margins.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and pricing to inform strategy.
• Oversee day‑to‑day business operations, coordinating sales, production, procurement, finance, stores and administration.
• Track sales, operational and financial performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
• Control business expenses and seek cost‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Mid‑level professional with strong business development, management, accounting and finance knowledge.
• Ability to analyse financial information, prepare business plans and contribute to profitability.
• Reports to the Managing Director / General Manager.
