Civil Engineer

About the role

Century Investors is seeking a professional, self‑driven Civil Engineer to join a growing team. The position combines structural design, costing and construction management with hands‑on site supervision, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
• Lead or contribute to structural design reviews and value‑engineering studies.
• Prepare, verify and revise Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material schedules.
• Supervise on‑ground construction work to guarantee quality and compliance.
• Communicate clearly with site teams, clients and supervisors, tracking progress and reporting issues.

Required profile

• At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or a related field (degree holders welcome).
• Minimum 2 + years of practical, field‑based construction or engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and at least one local language.
• Ability to adapt quickly to diverse project sites across the country.

Required skills

• Good understanding of structural design principles.
• Proficiency with structural and architectural software such as AutoCAD, Prokon or Revit.
• Competence in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
