Client Service Officer

About the role

The Client Service Officer will be the operational owner of assigned client accounts, ensuring that every order is processed accurately, on time and in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. This full‑time, onsite position works closely with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and the client‑facing team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned clients, maintaining effective communication and meeting SLA targets.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and delivery of customer orders according to SOPs and client requirements.
• Ensure all inventory movements are correctly recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order accuracy and productivity, and propose improvements.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries, investigate service issues and resolve complaints while preserving strong relationships.
• Validate billable activities, prepare operational reports and support timely billing.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with warehouse staff.
