About the role
We are looking for an entry‑level Credit Controller Trainee to join our Accounts department in Kampala. The role is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in finance and credit management. You will support the collection of revenues, manage client invoicing and assist in debt recovery processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Accounts team by generating and issuing invoices, receipts, notices and statements on time.
- Liaise directly with credit clients to follow up payments, issue reminder notices and negotiate outstanding amounts.
- Monitor and report on debt collection performance to meet forecast targets set by the Financial Controller.
- Reconcile direct invoices with collections and prepare timely collection reports.
- Ensure all client documentation is complete and assist the Financial Controller with order delivery and credit approvals.

- Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
