About the role
The Emergency Nurse will lead the rescue and training services at AAR, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee rescue activities, enforce protocols, and maintain equipment readiness.
- Manage duty rotas, staff allocation, and control expenses and revenues.
- Maintain monthly rescue statistics, prepare invoices promptly, and ensure timely reporting of incidents.
- Lead staff development, conduct interviews, appraise performance, and chair departmental meetings.
- Drive business development, achieve revenue targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Diploma in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is an advantage.
- Completed training in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Experience supervising ambulance nurses and drivers, with strong leadership abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Blood Transfusion Life Support (BTLF) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
