Executive Assistant

About the role
The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic calendar management: filter distractions, align appointments with business priorities, and coordinate meetings across time zones.
- Inbox and communication triage: monitor emails, draft correspondence, and act as the primary liaison between the executive and key stakeholders.
- Travel and expense management: organise complex domestic and international travel, secure visas, manage corporate budgets and reconcile expenses.
- Project and meeting coordination: prepare agendas, assemble presentation materials, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely completion of action items.
Required profile
- Mid‑level professional with at least 12 months of experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
