Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support data‑driven decision making across the organization. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing comprehensive reports, and delivering actionable insights to guide strategic business initiatives. This position is fully remote, allowing collaboration with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and obligations to project future financial outcomes.
• Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• CFA, CPA, or ACCA certification.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
