Grants, Partnerships & Impact Manager

About the role

Comcof Group is seeking a Grants, Partnerships & Impact Manager to lead the development and management of funding programmes, strategic partnerships and impact measurement across its coffee value‑chain operations in Uganda.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, secure and administer grants and funding opportunities that align with Comcof’s growth strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, NGOs, government agencies and private partners.
• Design and implement impact‑tracking frameworks to measure social, economic and environmental outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (sourcing, finance, quality, logistics) to ensure grant compliance and successful project delivery.
• Prepare reports, proposals and communication materials for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum three years (36 months) of experience in grant management, partnership development or impact assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of coffee or agricultural value chains is a plus.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail and a results‑oriented mindset.
