Hotel Driver – Guest Transportation

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a reliable Hotel Driver to transport guests safely to and from assigned destinations using the property vehicle. The role involves ensuring a smooth, courteous experience for all guests while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to/from designated locations, adhering to schedules.
• Document each trip before departure and after completion.
• Park the vehicle in the assigned area when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels, and refuel as needed.
• Report any maintenance needs, incidents, damages, or accidents to the supervisor.
• Follow all company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and respond to service needs.
• Communicate clearly with team members via radios, email, or other electronic devices.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license – Classes B, C1 and D1.
• No prior experience required; ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work full‑time, on‑site, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Required skills
