About the role

Ycona Luxury Resort Zanzibar is seeking an experienced Guest Relations professional to join its team. The role involves delivering exceptional service to VIP and international guests in a luxury resort environment.

Required profile

Fluent in Arabic and English (essential).
Previous experience in Guest Relations, Guest Services or Front Office.
Experience working in luxury hotels or resorts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong guest‑oriented attitude with problem‑solving skills.
Confidence in handling VIP and international guests.
