International Education Recruitment & Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time International Education Recruitment & Sales Consultant to join our team in Kampala. You will drive lead generation, sales, and marketing initiatives to promote German and European higher‑education programmes, vocational training, and international career pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, manage sales pipelines and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Promote European (especially German) university programmes, Ausbildung opportunities and career pathways.
• Guide clients through the entire journey—from initial enquiry to successful enrollment or placement.
• Maintain high standards of client service, relationship management and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with the headquarters office to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, business, education or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, recruitment or education consultancy, preferably in international education.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage pipelines and achieve sales KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both virtual and in‑person.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and experience in client relationship management.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage structured sales pipelines.
• Previous experience in education or career consulting is an advantage.
